Explanation – what does this all mean?
Aqua: water
Cocos Nucifera Oil: (organic) coconut oil. This oil has antioxidant and firming properties that deeply nourish the skin. It contains vitamins E and K that enhance anti-aging, fight against aging and even limit the appearance of wrinkles.
Brassica Campestris Seed Oil: (organic) rapeseed oil. The oil contains vitamins A, D, E. as well as antioxidants. The fatty acids in this oil soothe dry and irritated skin. This oil even works well for chapped skin, eczema, acne and blemishes. The oil also works hydrating.
Olea Europaea Fruit Oil: (organic) olive oil. The main properties of the extra virgin olive oil are: moisturizing, softening, protective, restructuring and anti-aging. The oil is an important source of vitamin E and antioxidants. Very special is the high concentration of squalane. Squalane gives olive oil the extra antioxidant boost. The antioxidant properties of olive oil protect skin cells from environmental damage and inflammation. This means protection against premature aging and signs of irritation or redness.
Sodium Hydroxide: This is a chemical compound that causes a large amount of heat to be released during dissolution which is important in the saponification process in soaps. This preserves the vitamins and minerals. The lye disappears on its own after this and is therefore not an active ingredient.
Elaeis Guineensis Oil: The organic oil protects the skin from the harmful effects of UV radiation, prevents premature skin aging, wrinkles and pigmentation. The oil gives the skin a healthy glow and even tone. The oil has a positive effect on eczema and other skin problems. The oil contains the omega fatty acids 3,6 and 9 which are anti-inflammatory and prevent skin diseases. The carotenes and vitamins E and Q 10 are powerful antioxidants that protect the skin against the formation of harmful free radicals from sunlight and other sources.
Rinicinus Communis Seed Oil: (organic) castor oil. This oil, also called miracle oil, contains Omega 9 fats. The oil nourishes the skin and makes it soft In addition, the oil stimulates the circulation of the skin and muscles. Castor oil reduces inflammation and protects the skin from harmful UV rays and impurities. Nutrients in the oil reduce wrinkle formation.
Lavendula Angustifolia Oil: (organic) lavender oil. This oil has a soothing, calming and anti-septic effect. Works anti-inflammatory. The oil is ideal for acne and blemished skin.
